HOW TO OPEN/CLOSE:
Always hold the clasp area (not the bottom of the hoop) when closing the earring. This ensures the hoop keeps its original shape. Avoid squeezing the post and the bottom of the hoop together—this can bend the earring out of shape (refer to the video demonstration).
