30-Day Returns - We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@theblissful.co. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues - Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@theblissful.co so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items - The following cannot be returned: worn jewelry, custom or personalized pieces, and final sale items.
Exchanges- To exchange an item, return your original piece and place a new order once the return is approved. Contact us at info@theblissful.co to get started.
EU Customers- Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled before shipment or returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the carrier's return shipping fee. Bank processing may add additional time. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at info@theblissful.co.
